OUR
HISTORY

Looking back on foresight

For more than half a century we have put our minds to solving our customers’ problems, precisely and punctually, no matter how complex. This has made us a trusted partner on some of the most critical missions on earth and in space. We’ve collaborated with NASA on missions that include the Hubble Space Telescope, the Chandra X-ray Observatory and the Spitzer Space Telescope.

If it wasn’t for the capabilities of our Danbury team, much of what is known about space today would remain shrouded in obscurity. Longstanding relationships with our armed forces has kept Black Hawks in the sky and resulted in the first of its kind ORS-1 satellite. Throughout the years, our owners have shifted. But the core of Danbury has always stayed intact, our passion for putting science and engineering to use to make the world a safer place.
